Why WORLD Hair Skin

In the last little while, I have had the opportunity to introduce quite a few new interested parties to the WORLD HS line.  I find it alarming how many people still have no idea how many dangerous chemicals are lurking all around us and particularly in products that they are using everyday on themselves and supplying to their families.  These toxic chemicals are in shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, cosmetics…  and industry tells us that they are in such small amounts in individual products, but most women use an average of 10 personal care products everyday – so the body burden can be achieved quite quickly.  Being informed is the first line of defence, then you can decide how best to proceed.

My friend Katey Denno, green makeup goddess in Los Angeles, recently posted a link on her Instagram to the film “Stink” – free on Netflix.  If you are interested in getting information about healthier products, please watch this film; it felt like a murder mystery to me – of the most harrowing kind.  Other things you can start with – avoid purchasing anything with “fragrance” on the package and of course try the beautiful, healthy WHS line – no parabens, sulphates, PHTHALATES, fragrance, colour, silicone, gluten, palm oil and everything is biodegradable.  The line is also vegan – except for BELIEVE and BUZZ, which have beeswax – available at www.world.ca
